In-house workshop for teams

Your team already
pays for AI.
Let's get it
working for them.

At your office or a place that suits youUp to 12 people1 or 2 daysClaude or ChatGPT

What it is

It isn't an AI course.
It's your team's real work, done differently.

A hands-on workshop where your people learn to use AI on their own tasks, with Claude or ChatGPT: the emails, documents, reports and admin that eat the week.

Everyone works on their own job the whole time. We start from what your team actually does, so what they build is something they are still using on Monday. We teach on Claude by default, and run the same workshop on ChatGPT if that is what your team uses.

Before

We sort the setup

A short intake call, then a checklist and a quick check of everyone's accounts. Nobody spends the morning installing things.

Day one

Teach your AI how your business works

Context, files and a first reusable skill, built on real work.

In between

Use it in the real week

A few working days to find out where it helps, where it fails, and where it surprises you.

Day two

Turn what worked into routines

We take your team's own discoveries and build them into repeatable skills and routines.

Not a generic AI talk. Your team's own workflow, built by your team.

Who it's for

Built for teams that are
excellent at their work,
and new to AI.

This is your team if you…
  • Do knowledge work: marketing, sales, support, operations, admin, clients, documents, email
  • Have people using ChatGPT or Claude, but only for one-off questions
  • Pay for AI seats that are barely used
  • Have repetitive work you suspect a machine should be doing
  • Want your people to build it themselves, not rent a consultant forever
  • Have nobody who wants to become a programmer
Nobody needs to…
  • Know how to code
  • Have a technical background
  • Have used Claude or ChatGPT before
  • Arrive with a list of use cases

Good to know: we connect the AI to your team's email, files and other tools. If your company has an IT department, check with them beforehand that connecting those accounts is allowed. We cover privacy and safety on day one, before anything real is connected.

What your team takes home

Your team doesn't leave with notes.
It leaves with assets.

Everyone builds these on their own work, and they still work the Monday after.

The workshop mascot walking off carrying a stack of three bright building blocks, the things it built and gets to keep.
01

A workspace per person

AI set up around each person's real work, files and folders. Not a demo account.

02

A company profile your AI understands

The AI interviews your team about what you do, and together you sharpen the result.

03

First reusable skills

Things your AI can do again and again, exactly your way, without anyone re-explaining it every time.

04

A first working routine

Instructions, information and tools combined into a process that runs when you need it.

05

Your tools, connected

Your mail, your documents, your notes, wherever your work already lives, the AI can reach it safely.

06

A roadmap for the company

A prioritised list of what to automate next, and the confidence to build it.

How it runs

Two days, with a few working
days in between

Day
1

Learn it. Build something real.

Foundations, and a first working setup: the AI configured around your business by the time everyone goes home.

Day one
Real
use

Take it into the actual week.

Use it for a few working days. Notice where it saves time, where it gets things wrong, and where it surprises you.

Your business
Day
2

Come back. Make it a system.

We turn what your team discovered into skills and routines that keep running without them.

Day two
A laptop on a work table in an apartment, wooden shutters, whitewashed walls, patterned floor tiles, with the workshop mascot on the screen, waiting to be given something to do.
Between day one and day two

The most useful days of the workshop are the ones your team spends on its own.

You don't find out what AI is good at in a classroom, you find out in Wednesday's inbox and Thursday's proposal. That's why day two is spent on your real problems, not our examples.

Practical

A workshop built
around your team.

We work with up to twelve people at a time, so both facilitators can sit down next to each of them. That ratio is the product.

The programme

Two days, four chapters.

Roughly how the days run. Day two bends towards whatever your team discovered in between.

Day one

From chatbot to business assistant

Morning: Meet your new colleague
  • Getting comfortable: what this thing actually is
  • Learning to delegate instead of asking
  • The AI interviews you about your business
  • Sharpening the result together
Afternoon: Give it a workplace
  • Privacy, safety and where your information goes
  • Organising your files so it can work reliably
  • Connecting the tools you already use
  • Finding the repetitive work worth handing over
  • Building your first reusable skill
Your team goes home with

A workspace per person, your business context, and one skill that already works.

Day two

From useful assistant to business system

Morning: Memory and structure
  • What happened out there: your real findings
  • Building structured information the AI can maintain
  • Skills versus routines, and when to use which
  • Choosing the processes actually worth systemising
Afternoon: Build your routines
  • Designing a process that repeats
  • Giving the AI the access it needs to run it
  • Testing it, breaking it, improving it
  • Deciding what you build next, and in what order
Your team goes home with

At least one working routine, and a roadmap for the rest.

From our first edition

The first group
has been through it.

We ran this format for the first time in September, with business owners. Here is what participants said.

5.0
Average from 2 reviews
of the first edition
I walked in without knowing what Claude could do for me, thinking I was going to learn how to use a tool. Instead, I walked away with a toolbox full of skills I can apply in so many different situations, including automating a lot of the boring, repetitive work and freeing up more time for what matters most in my job: human connection. Mindblowing workshop, 100% recommended.

Before you decide

A few honest answers

Who should take part?
Anyone whose work involves a lot of repetitive tasks, documents, email or communication: marketing, sales, support, operations, admin, plus the owner or manager. Up to about twelve people in total. A technical background is not needed.
What do we need to arrange beforehand?
A paid Claude or ChatGPT plan per participant (around €20 a month) or a company plan, and laptops. We send a short checklist and check with you beforehand that everything works, so day one isn't lost to installing things.
Can we do this with ChatGPT instead of Claude?
Yes. We teach on Claude by default, but if your team works with ChatGPT we run the workshop on that instead. The approach is the same, we adapt the exercises to what the tool can do. Just tell us when you get in touch.
Is our business information safe?
We cover exactly this on day one, before you connect anything real: what leaves your machine, what a connected tool can see, and how to decide what to share. Every connection can be undone. If your company has an IT department, check with them beforehand that connecting email and files is allowed.
Where and when does it happen?
At your office, or at another place that suits you. We agree the dates with you, on working days.
In which language?
English or Dutch, whichever suits your team best.
What does it cost?
It depends on team size, number of days and location. After a short call we send a fixed quote. You get a proper invoice, VAT included where applicable.
Will this work for our kind of business?
It has worked for consultants, architects, agencies, coaches and small teams. If your work involves documents, email, clients or admin, there's something here for you. Not sure? Write to us, we'll tell you honestly.
