A few honest answers
I've genuinely never used Claude. Will I be lost?
No, that's the expected starting point. Day one begins with opening it for the first time. What we assume is that you know your own business well.
Do I need to pay for anything else?
Yes, one thing: a paid Claude plan (around €20 for the month), set up before you arrive. We send a short instruction sheet a week beforehand.
Is my business information safe?
We cover exactly this on Tuesday afternoon, before you connect anything real: what leaves your machine, what a connected tool can see, and how to decide what to share. Every connection can be undone.
Mac or Windows?
Either. Bring the laptop you actually work on, signed in to the accounts you actually use.
What if I can't make both days?
